1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 999phil ("999phil," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 999phil website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, slots, fishing games, bingo, and payment processing services.

By registering a 999phil account, accessing the platform, placing any wager, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility

By creating a 999phil account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Any false declaration of eligibility, including misrepresentation of age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on 999phil, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 999phil platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 999phil reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or winnings accrued therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999phil account login credentials, including your username and password. 4. Deposits and Payments

999phil accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

All payment methods used to deposit funds into your 999phil account must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 999phil reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account, and request additional documentation.

Deposits are generally credited to your 999phil account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method and network conditions. 999phil is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or banking network. 999phil does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which 999phil accepts no responsibility. All amounts displayed on the 999phil platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱/PHP).

By depositing funds into your 999phil account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. 999phil is required by Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified 999phil account holders at any time via the cashier section of the platform. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy. Where this is not possible, 999phil will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 999phil promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or collusion between players to farm promotional credits — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 999phil are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of each bet you place, including the selection, stake amount, and acceptance of the applicable odds or game rules. 999phil will not accept responsibility for any betting errors made by you, including incorrect selections or accidental stake entries.

For sports betting markets, 999phil reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined within the applicable settlement period.
• Odds were published in error due to a technical fault or human error (palpable error / "palp").
• The integrity of the event is compromised, or the event is subject to a match-fixing investigation by the relevant sporting authority.
• A bet was accepted after the event had already commenced and the in-play betting feature was not active for that market.

For casino games, the result determined by the game software or live dealer platform at the conclusion of each game round is final, subject to any confirmed technical malfunction. In the event of a confirmed technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 999phil reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected game round and return stakes to the players involved.

999phil employs certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified in accordance with applicable gaming standards.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999phil platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other software that interacts with the 999phil platform in an automated manner without prior written authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.

12. Limitation of Liability

999phil's total liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 999phil account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999phil makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime, particularly during major sporting events, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

13. Account Termination
